They both started at the same time, but quickly developed different strengths that allowed them to excel in their respective disciplines. Kayce and Madison is an amnerican gymnast yet together they make an unbeatable team. The weekly training sessions with Coach Z are what has enabled them to become so successful over the years; every Thursday she puts her students through rigorous drills designed to increase flexibility and overall body strength for better performance on the floor.
