This is a painting I did recently in acrylics; I wanted to depict a night setting at say 3 am, when it's relatively quiet and the glow from a nearby streetlamp casts a lonely surreal light on nearby buildings and cars. I had a lone person staring out into the night as if pondering things or simply enjoying the night?
