‘Cholula’ is one of the artist’s favorite pieces. A simple bottle of the popular hot sauce, the features on the label are softened with the oil paint tool in PS CS6. The yellow/orange label stands in sharp contrast to the red bottle. The black background is striking, as is the reflection of the bottle at the bottom of the image. This picture gets a lot of attention at art shows and in galleries. If Andy Warhol can do it with a can of soup, I can do it with a bottle of hot sauce! Limited edition of 100.
