The base photo for this picture is the USS Constitution taken by Diane Smith in Boston, Massachusetts. PS CS6 and Topaz software were employed to create this picture. The original photo had blue skies. When the picture was originally created, the artist had it displayed as a landscape. One day, while resizing to a larger image, the artist made the mistake of switching the dimension, creating a portrait of the image. This was a great mistake. The ship is much more imposing as a ‘Tall Ship.’ The flags really pop on an aluminum of twenty inches by thirty inches. Limited edition of 50.
