Take a break from the mundane demands of life and take a journey into my mind through my art. Using art as self therapy and as a tool for self expression I am able to creatively express my inner self, which also offers a special therapeutic healing. I am completely untrained and do art , not because I'm good or bad, but because it makes me feel joy. I have decided to share all of my therapy art in hope that it will encourage others to speak out and be true to themselves even if it can only be in the form of art.
