A composite of two photos. The fire is a shot of prairie grass from Rocky Mountain National Park taken in 2009. The trees are actually one burnt out tree taken in Yellowstone National Park with an instamatic camera after the 1988 fires. The tree is replicated many times over. This image was the featured picture in an exhibition on ‘fire.’ It is quite remarkable when presented on aluminum. A real favorite with fire fighters. One of the artist’s early works. Created exclusively with PSCS6. This is a conversation piece that would dominate any wall in a home or at the office. Limited edition of 50.
