‘Two Trees’ is the first piece I created that had great appeal. The image is a composite of two photos. The first is a photo of the trees taken from the public domain in Hiroshima after the bombing in 1945. If you look at the base of the tree on the left, you can see the outline of a bow saw. The second photo is a sunset taken from my back porch overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The clouds are enhanced to bring out the pinks and greys. Three images of the clouds are layered over one another in a geometric pattern. Limited edition of 40.
